Let the Festivities Begin!

December is here, and we’re counting down to the winter break with just three weeks left in the studio! These final weeks will be packed with holiday joy, including in-class festive dances, a showcase, and a studio-wide celebration to close out the year.

We’re thrilled to end 2025 with fun, energy, and togetherness, all while keeping things safe and memorable. Let’s make this a holiday season to cherish!

REMINDER: The studio will be closed for Winter Break, Saturday, December 21 through Friday, January 10. You can find a complete list of 2024-2025 studio closing here.

Attendance is important to the learning process in dance class, as advancement relies on consistent instruction. To help ensure a smooth and productive class, we kindly ask that dancers come prepared with a water bottle to stay hydrated and use the restroom beforehand to minimize interruptions. If your student will be absent, please notify us by call, text, or email in advance. Your support is greatly appreciated!

Confidence Takes Center Stage: Holiday Show Tickets On Sale!

Join us on December 14th at Pure Energy for a festive holiday performance, showcasing the incredible talents of our dancers from the Ballet, Dedication, and Shining Stars Programs!

Why this matters:

Performing in front of a live audience is a priceless experience that builds confidence, showcases hard work, and fosters a love for the art of dance. Let’s come together to celebrate their dedication and talent!

The 2 shows will take place at 3:30 and 5:00 on the Pure Energy Stage, seating is limited!

Seats are limited, so grab your tickets now! Ticket sales directly support our ConfiDANCE Scholarship Fund, helping us extend the gift of dance to more aspiring artists.

Holiday Celebration at 6:00 PM:

After the performances, head next door to The Dance Barre for a fun-filled holiday party to close out the year in style. No ticket is required for the celebration—just bring your holiday spirit and join the fun!

Let’s fill the stage with applause and the room with holiday cheer. We can’t wait to see you there!

Performing is not required, but we hope your dancers will choose to perform. Please email us at dedication@pureenergybcs.com ASAP if your dancer is NOT planning to perform. If we do not hear from you we will assume they will be in the show.

Dancing Through the Hoidays

Announcement: Ballet Education Starts January 17th!

Our monthly Ballet Education classes are typically held on the second Friday, but due to the holiday break, January’s session will take place a week later. Mark your calendars for Friday, January 17th, from 4:45 to 6:00 PM. This session is open to all dancers in Ballet II–V.

We’re excited to kick off the new year with an exploration of Don Quixote. See you there for a delightful journey through this classical ballet!

Level 1 and Up: Recommended Lipstick for Performances

As we prepare for upcoming showcases and recitals, we encourage dancers in Level 1 and up to consider a color-stay lipstick for their performance makeup. These options ensure a smooth, single application that lasts, keeping makeup routines simple and stress-free.

We recommend shades in the peachy-pink to dark red range, but the exact color is up to the dancer’s preference. For convenience, consider these highly-rated options:

Join us May 16th and 17th at the Margaret W. Rudder Theater at Rudder High School for an enchanting evening as we set sail on a journey across cultures, stories, and distant lands in our recital, Bon Voyage! This special program promises a captivating mix of classical ballet and vibrant travel-inspired performances that will transport you around the world.

Our Ballet Program presents the timeless tale of Don Quixote, where dancers bring this classic Spanish adventure to life through graceful movement and powerful storytelling.

The Dance Discovery and Dance Dedication programs will delight audiences with performances set to songs inspired by travel and exploration. From exotic rhythms to uplifting melodies, each piece will carry you to a new and exciting destination.

Our Happiness Guarantee

If, after your first month of classes, you or your dancer decide the program isn't the right fit, you can unenroll with no further payments for classes—no questions asked. To make the most informed decision, your dancer should attend all classes during the first month to fully take advantage of our happiness guarantee. Please note that any remaining attire fees will still be collected, and unenrollment must occur within the 5th week of classes to avoid additional fees.

Your dancer is enrolled in continuous enrollment, with tuition automatically drafted on the first of each month until you choose to unenroll. If you wish to stop or take a break, please provide written notice 45 days before the desired end date. Regular classes, as well as workshops and intensives, will continue through the summer, giving you plenty of opportunities to make the most of your summer tuition.
